A great tool for every gym bag, personal training studio, living room, garage gym, boot camp and team kit, the TWL Hip-X Band 2.0 is a valuable tool for your arsenal.

Incorporate the Hip-X Band 2.0 into a dynamic warm up, a booty building workout or use it to build strength and activate your glutes and hips.

The Hip-X Band 2.0 is super easy to use, simply step into it and place the band around the kegs, just above the knees.

If you are at home with minimal equipment, the Hip-X Band 2.0 can be used in a number of different ways or if you have minimal equipment or weights, add the Hip-X 2.0 band to add resistance.

Stride side to side or squat with the band on to fire your glutes and hips. Perfect for warmups or to build strength.

The Hip-X Band 2.0 can be used as a training tool to cue athletes to push their knees out during squats and also as a strength building tool to increase squatting strength by wearing the Hip-X band during squat sets.

Sizing:

The biggest difference between our original Hip-X Band and the Hip-X Band 2.0 is that we have adjusted the sizing from being the length of the band to being the resistance of the band.

For great resistance training for booty building exercises and dynamic warmups we recommend the medium weight band.

For amazing strength building whilst using the band whilst squatting, we recommend the stiffer heavy weight band.
